Excellent Service from my 1st Telephone enquiry to Driving my Car off the forecourt. Really pleasant to talk to,No pressure from Sales Team. Arranged a time to view without having to put down a deposit. On viewing the car, it was pulled out for us and we were left to look at the car ourselves with no time limit or pressure. All questions we asked were answered immediately. We had a great Test Drive and on return wanted to buy the car and everything was really relaxed and fully explained. Booked a pick up date, and picked it up with Years MOT, Serviced and fully Valeted and they even sorted out the DVLA Car Tax online for me there and then. We bought a Hyundai Veloster from here a couple of weeks ago and the experience was great. They answered our questions and queries in advance and sent photos of a few chips and scratches. As we were travelling a long distance, that gave us the confidence to put down a deposit. On the day, they made us a really nice cup of coffee, which was very much appreciated after a long drive! The car was as described and they had taken the time to polish out a scratch on the bonnet. Following the unaccompanied test drive, they sorted a few minor issues (new wiper blades and refilled the air con gas) free of charge. They also took our old car in part exchange without any hassle. So overall, they were really easy to deal with, not pushy, very helpful, and went the extra mile. We would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Mike and Clare

I was greeted by John, one of the representatives of this establishment.

From the time I viewed the vehicle, and made the final payment.
The entire experience was handled with such professionalism and courtesy.

Prior to turning up on the "Test Drive" day.
I had spoken to John on the phone.
He answered all my questions related to the vehicle.
Happy with this outcome, we arranged a test drive day.

No pressure was put on me to buy the vehicle.
I was allowed to view the vehicle, at my leisure.
And when satisfied, I was allowed to drive it.

When you walk on to their forecourt, all their vehicles look extremely impressive.
Especially for used vehicles.

Once I was fully satisfied with my car, the deal was sealed, and a date was arranged for pick up.

John's customer service was outstanding.
On the day of pick up, he explained everything in detail, including the after care warranty that each car receives before driving off.

Travelled down from Glasgow to Harverhill Car exchange purchased a Mini R55 Clubman. I traded in my Car which they gave me a fair price for didn't what the hassle of selling privately even though I would have got a bit more but to be honest just didn't want people arriving at my door time wasting and spending weeks trying to sell it.

The chaps at haverhill car exchange went beyond and above letting me inspect the new car I was purchasing only took £200 deposit prior to me arrival.

They dealt with all the paperwork involved which was brilliant. The Mini was better than shown in their add. It had also been detailed washed and polished by their own expert detailer who I could see had taken pride in what he was doing.

I arrived early at their show room to find it being hand polished. Immaculate inside and out!

Driving the car back home I could see and feel that the car had been looked after by the previous owners.

Full service history and more. Looking around their car lot I could see that the quality of their cars were well above average and at a fair price.

When looking around my new Mini I could see that there was a small chip on the window which I assumed could have been fixed but after talking to Autoglass who said it would need a new front screen. I explained the situation to the chaps at Haverhill Car Exchange and without hesitation they paid for the excess on the window which was £115 can't ask for more. It's so good to deal with a company that will go that extra mile for you. Brilliant dealing with you all. Ben Lee and Paul if I have missed anyone out please forgive me.

Great experience with Ben and Paul after a recommendation from someone at work. Found the car on the Sunday and picked it up ready to go on Weds afternoon. Having decided to buy a car, Paul sorted out all of the advisories on the MOT so the car had a clean sweep.
Buying a second-hand car can be a stressful experience as you never quite know if you are being fleeced. You certainly feel very safe in their hands. Recommended.
